BRICS International Alliance Strategic Project Co., Limited (hereinafter referred to as the Hong Kong Center) is a non-profit social legal person organization duly registered in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. It has obtained independent legal person status under the law and enjoys a legitimate subject status in Hong Kong.
As the only officially registered institution under the Russian Headquarters of the BRICS International Alliance Strategic Project, the Hong Kong Center upholds the core principles of "openness and inclusiveness, win-win cooperation, pragmatism, and innovation."
It is responsible for regional coordination and strategic implementation within the alliance’s global governance system. It is also committed to advancing strategic projects, cooperation affairs, and external liaison activities across the Greater China Region and other relevant countries and regions.
Adhering to the development principles of steadiness, efficiency, and sustainability, the Hong Kong Center seeks to establish a high-level multilateral cooperation platform that connects BRICS countries with global partners. It aims to foster in-depth interconnection and practical collaboration among public sectors, international organizations, scientific research institutions, and the private sector. It also seeks to facilitate the planning, coordination, and implementation of international cooperation projects.
