Led by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, the BRICS International Alliance Strategic Project was established.

The Alliance Council has officially adopted the important resolution on the establishment of the Representative Office in China, and Ms. Zelenzova, Chairperson of the Alliance, personally attended the inauguration and authorization ceremony in Beijing on September 22nd.

The Hong Kong Center of the Alliance was formally established in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) and has fully launched its operations.
