With "carbon standards as the anchor, carbon technology as the tool, carbon finance as the wing, and carbon industry as the body", we will promote the structural improvement of BRICS green energy from a single point technical level to an ecological level. Help China lead the global South in carbon neutrality governance, promote the development of new energy industries such as wind, light, and hydrogen in BRICS countries, and promote carbon credit certification and trading in BRICS countries.

Industrial Synergy
It is proposed to build a "BRICS Green Alliance" and build a BRICS green energy supply chain network. Through China's new energy companies going abroad and locally assembling overseas, they will obtain carbon equity shares to offset domestic quotas or international transactions.
